Kearny Komet Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in San Diego, California.
The Foundation exists to support students, educational programs, athletics, clubs, and community initiatives connected to Kearny High School and its alumni community.

- Nonprofit storytelling and messaging support
- Google Ad Grant education and campaign support
- Online fundraising strategy
- Marketing campaign development
These services are intended primarily as educational opportunities for students while simultaneously helping nonprofit organizations expand their digital presence.
All nonprofit marketing work involving students is supervised by Foundation mentors, advisors, or professionals when appropriate.
The Foundation does not guarantee specific results, advertising performance, fundraising outcomes, or marketing performance from these initiatives.
9. Google Ad Grant Support and Digital Marketing Services
Through its educational programs, the Foundation may assist nonprofit organizations with digital marketing services including guidance related to the Google Ad Grant program and related digital marketing strategies.
Such assistance may include:
- Guidance on applying for the Google Ad Grants program
- Educational support related to campaign setup and optimization
- Nonprofit digital advertising education
- Marketing strategy insights
The Foundation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, and participation in any marketing initiative does not guarantee acceptance into or performance within any advertising program.
Results Disclaimer: Any results, outcomes, traffic levels, donor conversions, or advertising performance discussed in connection with Google Ad Grant services — including in ebooks, webinars, masterclasses, audits, or consultations — are for educational and illustrative purposes only. Individual results will vary based on factors outside the Foundation’s control. Nothing provided constitutes a guarantee of specific advertising performance, fundraising results, or return on investment.
10. Student Eligibility and Participation
Participation in Foundation programs may be limited to students associated with Kearny High School or approved participants.
Certain programs may require:

The Foundation reserves the right to remove participants who violate program standards.
11. Volunteer Participation
